Didn't take time to pin it even



Fastest Pinterest project for me thus far...
I saw this and had it made within ten minutes.
Consumed in another three. 

Toast with mozzarella, a tomato slice and some
red onion.

I've tried two recipes from Pinterest....one I liked one not so much! This looks good!

That looks delish! My pinterest cooking has been a hit and miss proposition, some winners and some losers. I'm in charge of dessert for our Super Supper group tomorrow night, so I may venture the pinterest recipe way!
