~Miniature Nostalgia~Builds HOPE!

Have you EVER?!

I didn't make them LOL...I just talked my mother into it.
She is so funny about me using her machine!
I just don't do anything right :)
(anything to help her forget her old age and sore muscles...)
She has piles of old lace snippets and materials to use.
So I have her making wee doll pillows.

(I understand she did more the day after I was there...I hope she has caught the sewing bug again! )

A friend then was put up to the task of adding the "His and Hers".

I love to peek inside and see the ticking!
Doesn't it remind you of your grandma?

The Haiti by Hand
shop continues to earn funds for Haitian relief and it is so exciting!
Rebecca Sower will soon go down there with suitcases loaded with crafting supplies for women wishing to earn money. There is also money for the building of a house. It is really fun to know I might have contributed a concrete block for someone!
This set will be posted in a day or so.

These are simply adorable. How sweet that you're putting up on the Haiti by Hand web site. I just love anything in miniature. ::sigh::
